Terms of Service
Last updated July 25, 2026
Using Paloma Pro
These terms apply to the Paloma Pro website, customer portal, booking tools, and services. By submitting a request or using an account, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Requests, scheduling, and scope
An online request is not final acceptance of a job. Paloma Pro may review the scope, timing, access needs, licensing requirements, parts, and service area before confirming an appointment. Changes may require a revised estimate or a different service provider.
Estimates and payment
Prices, deposits, cancellation terms, and payment timing will be presented in the applicable estimate, booking confirmation, or invoice. You authorize Paloma Pro and its payment provider to process approved charges under those terms.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for safe access to the property, accurate descriptions of known conditions, permission to authorize work, securing pets and valuables, and identifying hazards or building restrictions before service begins. Renters, agents, and other non-owners must obtain any owner or property-manager authorization required for the requested work.
Timing preferences and changes
A timing preference submitted on the website does not reserve a calendar slot or create a confirmed appointment. Any cancellation, rescheduling, access, or trip-charge terms that apply to a confirmed visit will be disclosed in the estimate, confirmation, or service documents before they take effect.
No emergency service
The website and portal are not monitored as emergency channels. For an immediate threat to people or property, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility provider.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Paloma Pro owns the website and its original content; you may use it only for personal, noncommercial service-related purposes.
Warranty and liability
Any workmanship guarantee will be described in the service documents provided for the job. To the extent permitted by law, Paloma Pro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or work outside the confirmed scope.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Questions can be directed to Paloma Pro through the contact page.
