Information we collect
Paloma Pro may collect contact details, service addresses, preferred appointment windows, account credentials, communications, customer-supplied photos, service history, invoice details, campaign parameters, and technical information such as browser, device, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, schedule and perform services, communicate about appointments, provide invoices and customer support, prevent fraud, improve the website, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We may share information with vendors that help operate Paloma Pro, including Housecall Pro for field-service operations, Supabase for account and database services, Vercel for website hosting, Google Maps for embedded geographic context, and payment providers used to process transactions. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
Payments
Payment transactions are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout or on the invoice. Paloma Pro does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers in its website database.
Cookies and security
We use essential cookies to keep customer accounts signed in and secure. We may also store first-party campaign and landing-page details so Paloma Pro can understand which marketing led to a request. This attribution does not use browser fingerprinting. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Photos and service-request files
Photos or documents submitted with a request may show the property, damage, products, or access conditions. Do not upload identification, payment cards, or unrelated personal information. Service-request files are stored privately and used to review or perform the requested work.
Retention and choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information or object to certain uses.
Contact us
Questions or privacy requests can be directed to Paloma Pro through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
